Ascend Airways has joined Sustainable Aviation, a long-term industry-wide strategy, which sets out the collective approach of UK aviation to tackling the challenge of ensuring a cleaner, quieter, smarter future for our industry.

Our strategy
As a start-up airline, we have begun our sustainability journey from day one, rather than attempting to create a sustainability plan after years of operation. In line with the UK aviation industry’s targets, we are committed to net zero by 2050 with interim decarbonisation of 15% by 2030 and 40% by 2040.
